Domestic Shipping - Within Singapore ​ Enjoy complimentary normal postage on all orders, with no minimum spend. ​ Registered mail is available at SGD$3.20 per order, free with a minimum SGD$50.00 purchase in a single order. ​ It takes 3 - 5 working days after order date for your order to reach you. During peak periods, it may take slightly longer. ​ ** Saturdays, Sundays, and Singapore public holidays are not classified as shipping days, please allow an extra working day for shipments. ​ International Shipping ​ International shipping is via Singapore Post Registered Airmail (SingPost). With SingPost, a tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped. ​ ​With SingPost, you can visit http://www.singpost.com/track-items to track your parcel. ** Please note that tracking may not be available for all countries. ​ We ship worldwide. We have listed below shipping rates to some countries and the estimated delivery lead-times after orders are placed. Other Shipping Terms ​- Order value used to determine shipping charge for Singapore delivery is after any applicable promotional discount or voucher. - No refund of shipping fee for product exchange or return. - Orders will be shipped to the Delivery Address provided by customer upon checkout. Customer has to provide the correct delivery address and recipient's name when submitting order. Any returned package to Hearts of Jewel due to an invalid address provided or if the package is unclaimed despite delivery attempt, customer has to bear the shipping cost necessary for re-shipping. A return or refund will not be allowed for such cases.d make changes to it.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For Exchange or Return, please email to heartsofjewel@gmail.com with ‘Exchange/Return’ as the subject, within 7 days of receipt of items with the reason for your exchange/return and your contact details. ​ We will email you our reference code and address for you to send the exchange/return item. We shall accept your item providing the following conditions are met:- ​ - The item must reach us within 14 days from date of dispatch of your original order for Singapore shipment. We regret to inform you that we do not facilitate exchanges for international orders. - All items must be returned in their original condition - unwashed, unworn, in its original condition and packaging. It must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. invoice). Jewelry that is damaged as a result of wear and tear or inappropriate handling will not qualify for exchange. - Exchange/return is not applicable for earrings and sale items. - Exchange/return is at your own cost and must be sent back to Hearts of Jewel via registered post. We are not responsible for item which gets lost during the return process. - Original shipping cost paid for the item that customer want to exchange/return will not be refunded. Additional shipping charge may apply for shipping the replacement item. - All items will be inspected upon return. Articles that do not meet our return conditions will be rejected. Rejected goods will be returned to you, and shipping charges may apply. ​ An order can only be exchanged once. No further returns or exchanges will be entertained. ​ You may choose to exchange for the same item in a different color, or exchange for a completely different item, all subject to stock availability. ​ If the newly exchanged item is of a higher value, you will be asked to top up the difference in cash during the exchange. If the newly exchanged item is of a lower value, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund.
